The brief

A live-video commerce platform needed FaceTime-quality video conferencing embedded directly into the browsing experience, connecting online shoppers with agents in real time across iOS, Android and the web.

We architected real-time, hardware-accelerated H.264 streaming with low-latency ICE and relay servers built on Node.js. The result delivered smooth, high-concurrency video that scaled with demand — one of the technical foundations the product was built on.
